Welcome to UXRx. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By purchasing a UX audit or related service, you agree to the terms below.
Services Provided
UXRx offers expert UX audits, strategy sessions, and related consulting services, as described on our website. We do not currently offer implementation or development services, but we may provide referrals upon request.
Deliverables & Turnaround
Standard audits are delivered within 3–5 business days unless otherwise agreed upon.
Deliverables typically include a PDF report and/or annotated visuals.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full before work begins.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time.
Payments are non-refundable once the audit has started, due to the custom nature of the work.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to relevant materials (e.g., URLs, prototypes, user flows) in a timely manner. Delays in client response may result in delivery delays.
Intellectual Property
All materials delivered by UXRx are for the client’s internal use. You may not resell, republish, or publicly distribute the audit or any part of it without written permission.
Confidentiality
UXRx will treat all materials you provide as confidential and will not share your information or audit results publicly without your consent.
Limitations of Liability
UXRx provides expert recommendations but does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased revenue, conversions, or engagement. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our recommendations.
Revisions & Follow-up
Audits include one round of clarification questions after delivery. Additional revisions or follow-up strategy sessions may be booked as separate services.
Right to Refuse Service
UXRx reserves the right to decline or cancel services for any project that is misaligned with our expertise, schedule, or ethical standards. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded.
